Spirit Guide, show me where to turn when my heart is so full yet it yearns for a listening ear and compassionate soul. Teach me what to do when my heart burns in a way that only certain souls can see; in a way only they can feel. Guide me to a place of higher energy in which I may free this frenzied heart in the synergy between light and love. Take me on this newfound journey into myself; into self-reliance, while still harboring trust for these certain souls who can see and feel what most cannot. Help me to take to heart this outward trust, and turn it around and inward toward my innermost truth; toward my soul-searching roots. From there I may begin to know the way of self-guidance; the way I may confide in myself and trust that self-reliance. I’ll start to grow stronger and deeper in faith that I can do this! I will get through this next chapter of my journey, just wait. For all that I’ve learned from these certain souls, who can see and feel when my heart yearns, is a true lesson of trust in myself, which then turns this prayer around into one of my own inner strength where a heart that burns is now a heart that learns self-reliance.
