My Higher Power is amazing. In just one week I’ve had so many opportunities for growth in my personal and spiritual life! I applied for a job on Saturday and I now have orientation on Wednesday! This new opportunity could turn into something big for me eventually! Maybe even a future career. I’m going to be working in a warehouse unloading and loading packages. It’ll be a lot of hard work and will take a lot of getting used to, both physically and mentally. My Higher Power wouldn’t have brought this into my life if She thought I couldn’t do it. I know that I can do this with a lot of hard work and determination.

I’m seeing life a bit differently now. I have hope for the future. I have a reason to get up in the morning and get things done. My schedule will be early morning (starting at 4am). That’s fine because I’m pretty used to getting up at 3:45am a couple times a week anyway.

I’m so grateful for the spiritual life. I couldn’t live without knowing my Higher Power is on my side. There’s nothing more amazing than to know that I have the energies of the Universe working in my favor.

I have had retail and food industry jobs recently that I gave up on. I didn’t give them a chance. I learned from my mistakes with those jobs. I need to ask for help when I need it from anyone. I need to speak up if I don’t understand something; especially within the first few weeks of work! And, I’ll need to get up a little bit early to stretch out before I go in to work. I’ll have Aleve for muscle aches on hand after my first couple weeks of shifts. I know I can do this! I just have to stick it out long enough to give it a chance.
